I am currently working as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi, supporting government-sponsored projects involving evaluation studies and impact assessments of welfare schemes implemented by Central and State Ministries and Departments.My role goes beyond research to include drafting policy summaries, official communication material, presentations, and stakeholder-facing documentation, translating complex evaluation findings into clear, accessible narratives for decision-makers and the public. I regularly support institutional events, conferences, and consultations, contributing to content preparation, coordination, and post-event communication.I have a strong interest in strategic communication, public diplomacy, and outreach, with experience in content writing, institutional social media support, and event coordination in high-responsibility environments. I am particularly motivated to contribute to roles that involve managing communication platforms, supporting public diplomacy initiatives, and organizing events and high-level engagements in an international and multicultural setting.
