About Paul Hawkinson
After a wonderful 17-year career in investment banking, I\'ve had the privilege of developing a portfolio of projects which are personally meaningful. This portfolio includes direct investing, executive coaching, and board / advisory roles in startup ventures, social Impact platforms, for-profit and non-profit organizations. It has been my privilege to also serve as a frequent speaker and professional faculty member. A common theme in these settings has been the \"intersection\" of faith, innovation, leadership, strategy and finance - pursuing a lifelong desire to devote more of my time in the service of disinvested local communities. I am particularly drawn to innovative forms of economic development within the Chicago region. The co-founding of Transform Capital has been the centerpiece of this work. I am grateful to be able to engage in various capacities where my gifts and faith align.
