About Mark Mitchell

After 30+ years of extraordinary opportunities and experience in the defense and national security industry, I decided that I wanted to be my own boss, apply my skills and control my own future-for better or worse-in a different industry. I remain passionate about defense and national security but the raw politics, incompetent leadership, and dishonesty at the most senior levels in DoD were infuriating and disheartening. Moreover, I did not want my livelihood to be contingent on my willingness to keep my mind closed and my mouth shut. So, confident in my skills and faithful in God\'s plan for me and my family, I have embarked on this new adventure in a completely new (for me, at least) and exciting industry. I will remain always a Green Beret in my heart and in my mind: physically fit, mentally disciplined, willing to question assumptions, take creative but disciplined initiative, committed to detailed planning and ready to accept great personal risk and responsibility to accomplish my mission.
