Standardized legal processes for new division, Polygram Entertainment, by developing templates to enable development, production and distribution of music-driven television and film projects with consistency. Sped up green-lighting of projects and improved tracking of key dates for financing, production, talent and distribution by implementing approval and tracking procedures. Negotiated deals for development, production, sale and distribution of film and television projects (e.g, Pavarotti documentary, Ice Cold docuseries, Fox Animation scripted feature and Netflix feature film), generating multi-million dollars in revenue.
