I am currently working at Rackspace Technology, the leading provider of end-to-end multi-cloud solutions, where I share their vision of helping customers accelerate the value of the cloud.As a Linux Support Engineer I act as the primary point of escalation for Engineers on Tiers 1 & 2 and Enterprise Accounts, demonstrating my ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across various Linux environments and cloud platforms. I also mentor and guide new Engineers and Sysadmins joining the team, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and fostering professional growth. In addition, I have temporarily taken on the role of an Interviewer for new applicants applying for Linux Support positions, assessing their qualifications and fit for the team. I have also stepped up to lead the 2nd shift, fulfilling key responsibilities as the Point of Contact. Some of the skills that I use on a daily basis are technical support, Network troubleshooting, RedHat, Ubuntu, VMWare, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and ServiceNow. I also hold two certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy and What Is Generative AI from LinkedIn, which reflect my interest in this emerging field.
