   Fuel oil storage and distribution systems- Fire protection and water storage systems - Infrastructure and capital projects- Data Centers- Review RFQs, drawings, and specifications alongside sales staff and internal teams to develop accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for fuel, fire, and water system construction projects- Assist with preconstruction planning, including schedule development and risk assessments- Assemble full proposal packages, including qualifications and technical narratives- Support project mobilization efforts, including managing submittals and permit tracking post-award- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project deliverables- Perform material takeoffs and generate regular updates on project status- Manage submittals, release and order project tools/materials, and coordinate closely with procurement.
