I always remained a knowledge sharing officer. Anything, if found out of the line, was never acceptable to me & i could not compromise for the same. Once in my early life in 1980s I recd. a Loan proposal of in which there was no mistake. I noted it as a mistake & my Bank saved the FUNDS.>I had always been an officer who was wilfully not only achieving but surpassing my targets of recovery.>Having substantial in-house legal experience. High premium on providing preemptive legal support in Hindi or English. Focus on intellectual persons. RTI ACT-2005 & Cosumer\'s Rights are focus area besides Banking related provisions of Laws•Interested in academic work as well, and supporter ofmental health issues.•Always share my views honestly on social sites.> Responsible for Vigilance Administration in PNB led RRB i.e. Sarva U.P. Gramin Bank having 325 branches in U.P.> Responsible for creating a no. of Policies in Sarva U.P.    Responsible to resolve age old Non performing Assets of Meerut. Sucessful in recovery thereof by negotiated settlements by creating win-win situation> Responsible to declare Wilfull Defaulters & taking action thereafter like filing of FIRs, Court Case etc.> Regularly study the file since inception, find out various solution & take steps expeditiously. It was only me in the entire circle who reached to Honorable Allahabad High Court under Article 226/ 227 to issue directions to the lower court to expedite civil stay over question of \"T.I.\"> Regularly study C.P.C. & Cr. P.C. & decisions of Apex court to get relavant extract of directions on a question of Law.> Effective communication & motivation are my key to sucess.> Spreading message among Bank\'s defaulters to know that the money with them is belonging to the last person in the economy. If hard earned money of such depositors is not returned back the days are not ahead when Banks will close down their shutters or taken over by private banks. Such type of Vision of future spread a message among masses that they are eating their own money for recovery of which Banks are wasting their money only.
