WORKING AS AN SAP END USER Job Responsibilities – SAP MM (Procure-to-Pay & Inventory Management)Manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), and vendor coordination.Process goods receipts (GRN) and inventory movements (MIGO, MB1B) to ensure accurate stock management.Oversee stock transfers, STO transactions, and batch management for efficient material flow.Handle invoice verification (MIRO, LIV) and resolve discrepancies with vendors and finance teams.Maintain material master, vendor master, source list, and purchase info records (PIR) in SAP.Monitor inventory levels, conduct physical stock verification, and manage cycle counting.Ensure MM-FI integration for smooth financial postings and accurate cost allocation.Generate and analyze SAP MM reports (MB5B, ME2N, ME80FN) for stock, procurement, and vendor performance tracking.Work on Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for optimized procurement.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and SAP best practices.
