Successfully process all the Skilled Worker Visa application cases end to end- fresh cases, extensions, visa category change, dependent\'s visas- and support employees throughout this process with all their queries. • Responsible for always been compliant with ECS and RTW checks. • Oversaw all the training for our two new members of the team on RTW, ECS checks, SMS updates, drafting COS, assigning COS, with knowledge transfer calls but I also created a detailed and helpful handover for them. I am also their mentor, providing continuous support and guidance on everyday tasks but also future career aspirations.• Support the team with projects as needed, Filing audit, or Per Diem audit for assignees.• Work with our legal vendor to coordinate workflow, predict, or spot issues and resolve them.• I supervise all the Senior or Skilled Worker Visa applications, fresh and extension cases. I audit the upcoming extension cases and request updates. Also, I am the point of escalation for any pending/ delayed case. I resolve issues with employees or their managers, and make sure the process is running smoothly.
