With over 22 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), I currently serve as Sr Dy General Manager, leading project engineering in the power equipment segment. My core areas of focus include mechanical auxiliaries such as Water System packages like WTP, PTP, CPU, ETP etc, emission control systems (FGD), material handling systems, and other critical packages - driving sustainable energy solutions aligned with BHEL’s long-term vision. Earlier Experience (BHEL-HPEP, Hyderabad | 2003–2019): Worked across functions including tendering, engineering coordination, field services, and business development. Few highlights: • Led BHEL’s diversification into Steel sector; secured a major Pulverized Coal Injection System order. • Developed and commercialized Wet Ball Mills for limestone grinding in FGD applications. • Promoted Pulverizer applications across cement and steel industries. • Indigenized planetary gearboxes and expanded the vendor ecosystem. • Collaborated with GE to localize coal milling technology, completing absorption four years ahead of schedule. • Edited an online magazine ‘AARAMBH’ on Bihar for friendly circulation. • Edited an in-house technical magazine on Pulverizers for professional circulation. I am recognized as an \'Expert\' on the \"SanRachna\" Technology Innovation Platform, a creation of BHEL under aegis of Department of Heavy Industries (Govt. of India).
