It handles installations of AC & DC chargers ranging from home chargers to pantographs- Collaborating with other managers to ensure the products we build provide a consistent and powerful experience- Working with business groups & stakeholders to outline project deliverables- Setting up the technical vision for my teams and accountable for deliverables- Mentoring and collaborating with direct team members based across different geographies (especially Europe and India) to help them grow both technically and professionally- Led the implementation of an API-First approach, designing robust, scalable APIs to streamline integrations and enhance system interoperability, resulting in a 30% increase in development efficiency- Conceptualized and delivered SDKs for easier integration with core services- Managed strategies for handling PII data and globalizing master data (Global Tables).
