As a BIM Coordinator, I lead cross-disciplinary coordination on a high-security, mission-critical project requiring strict alignment between design models, site conditions, and evolving construction documentation. I support the implementation of Enhanced BIM Contract Administration strategies through structured model tracking, site deviation reporting, and clash resolution workflows.Developed and deployed a tagging system and authored BIM Coordination Reports used to track unmodeled elements, support traceability, and bridge gaps between RFI/submittal documentation and field execution. I work closely with structural, MEP, civil, telecom, and architectural teams to deliver accurate federated models and support record model readiness.This role has allowed me to expand into contract administration efforts, pushing BIM beyond traditional coordination into a proactive, lifecycle-supportive tool for construction clarity and client value.
