With over eight years of experience in learning and talent development, I have a passion for creating more leaders and a deep understanding of business operations. I work with a global team, leverage the wider resources within IHG University, and partner with key stakeholders such as Global Talent and DEI Teams. I also provide L&D consulting and project management services to the business, guiding them on learning best practices and solutions that align with IHG\'s talent management framework.
