ABOUT ERICA ARNOLD NANCE

I am a Learning Strategist who thrives in a creative environment with a mix of different responsibilities. I am curious about where people’s unique strengths lie, where they are in their own journey, and how to help them take that next step in their growth. My goal is to help people succeed in meaningful work whether that means designing and developing learning using the latest methodologies, facilitating learning, coaching employees and leaders, re-thinking processes to be more effective, or writing a friendlier policy. My engagement is highest in roles in which I can encourage growth in the business, in others, and in myself. My work at Battelle includes assessing, planning, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating new learning experiences, including an agile, self-directed Manager Learning Experience (MLE) and knowledge resources. I am a strategic culture coach working with teams and individuals to show up as their best selves so that together they can deliver more effective business results. And as a certified Prosci Change Manager, I partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute change plans so employees embrace and adopt change, investments in changes pay off and we\'re equipped to face future changes. I was with Fifth Third Bank for over 20 years in a variety of roles including Retail Financial Center Management, Bancorp Affiliate Audit Manager, Affiliate Education Manager for Ohio and Missouri, and as an Expert Learning Facilitator Coach. My education includes receiving my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Operations Management with dual emphases in Industrial Engineering and Purchasing from The Ohio State University.
