Each client uses 12–15 Power BI reports, including standard base reports and tailored custom reports based on specific business needs.My core responsibilities revolve around maintaining, enhancing, and developing these reports using Power BI, SQL Server, Snowflake, SharePoint, and Jira. I handle end-to-end report lifecycle management, addressing client-specific requirements and resolving issues through Jira tickets related to bugs, enhancements, and new feature development. These tasks are managed and executed within Agile sprints.Key Contributions:Developed and maintained detailed reporting solutions (e.g, Paid Search, Paid Social, Video Performance) to track campaign performance.Created scalable and reusable base reports while also customizing visuals and KPIs per client specifications.Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data ingestion from Snowflake and seamless user experience via SharePoint integration.Actively worked on sprint planning and execution, managing Jira tickets to improve or troubleshoot existing Power BI dashboards.
