Amit has Over 12 Years of experience with various Projects and Maintenance works including Projects Power Plant, Blast Furnace,Senter Plant, DRI Plant & Maintenance including DRI Plant & Power Plant.• Project Management (TPM,TQM),Dealing with contractors & suppliers,Structure Design Drawing.Checking Bills,Inspection of steel Structural work,Designing Software: CATIA,Modeling Software: Auto CAD,Software: MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Access, MS Excel,Hands on experience of SAP & Over all Execution Project and Maintenance work.• Currently working on × 2 TPD DRI and 45 × 2 MW Capative Power Plant Project ( Captain Steel India Ltd ).• Working was 3×130MW & 5-12 WHRB (Total 506 MW + 12 Nos of WHRB for 12×500TPD DRI) Power Plant Mechanical Sr.Engineer.Handling All Mechanical related work including Boiler, Utilities,ESP,Ash Silo & All Conveying Line & All type of Maintenance related work. • Working was Project RMPP (Raw Material Preparation Plant) Alignment, Equipment\'s installation, Commissioning, Conveyors Coal Middling Fines Feeding for (Blast Furnace-2, Sinter Plant-2) Structural fabrication and Erection, Checked Quality of Structural work, Hopper, Conveyors and Commissioning. • Working was Project on 3×130 MW Power Plant in 340-TPH Boiler No-06, Project including ESP, Alinement, Equipments installation,Commissioning, Structural fabrication and Erection,Check Quality of Structural work, Hopper, Conveyors,Bagfilter,Lob compressor,Screw Compressor and water pump installation and Commissioning.• Working was Project on DRI Plant (KILN No-11•••00 TPD Capacity Project & also handle Maintenance work in DRI No-07,08,09 & 10.Project includes Rotary KILN 500 TPD /cooler Erection, Alignment, Equipments installation, Commissioning, Structural Fabrication and Erection, hopper, Conveyors, bagfilter,lobe compressor, screw compressor and water pump installation and Commissioning.• Self-motivated, hardworking and ability to work in team and good analytical skills. Dedicated and highly ambitious to achieve the organizational as well as personal goals.Adept at learning new concepts quickly, working well under pressure and communicating ideas clearly and effectively.
