Interview consumers with respect to their financial situation to determine their eligibility for enrollment in Hardship programs to assist with debt management.• Research and evaluate consumers’ financial status, credit, and ability to repay the liability (Consumer proposals, bankruptcy, debt consolidation)• Assist consumers by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as debt management or consolidation.• Negotiate and assist consumers with feasible repayment solutions to delinquent financial products such as credit cards and loans.• Analyze consumer financial situation and offer promotions/services, as applicable, for the products based on consumer analysis.• Complete, submit, and recommend credit restructuring applications to lenders for approval or rejection.• Prepare communications on delinquent accounts and forward irreconcilable accounts for both the collector and legal action.
