Main Responsibilities: Certified matter expert: Experience with creative workflows from ingest, edit and delivery of video assets including broadcast colour grading to implementing the needs of creative workforce into future strategy and systems. Establish project plans for Media Operations and collaborate with other teams to complete required project artifacts while maintaining lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle to contribute to project/ process improvements. Establish and maintain robust project repositories of system requirements, designs, acceptance testing and as-built documentation to ensure business continuity of systems, infrastructure and processes implemented. Assist senior management with the creation of risk mitigation plans for media operations. Prioritise project work and provide transparency to resources workload assigned. Develop and adapt key strategies based on business objectives to achieve company goals. Analyze and optimize global workflows/hardware/software/infrastructure based on company wide OKR’s. Additional responsibilities ISO-Certified Stand-in for external DPO (Data protection officer) in Germany for the TISAX certification which is specifically needed for automotive clients. Consult, communicate, and coordinate with Info-Sec, IT and local managing director about the specific requirements of TISAX. Align DPO, local managing director and German working counsel to meet regular TISAX and data protection auditing requirements
