My work centers on simplifying complexity and turning ambiguous problems into clear workflows, repeatable solutions, and scalable processes.I’ve led discovery with stakeholders across many organizations, translated operational needs into workable solution designs, and built frameworks that have been adopted at scale. Much of my work has involved defining first versions, validating them directly with users, and iterating based on real-world feedback. I’ve also managed multimillion-dollar project portfolios with a focus on performance, efficiency, and team development.Today I am a leader in our Workiva Services practice, driving revenue growth, delivery excellence, operational rigor, and the structures that support sustainable scale while continuing to design and refine systems that improve how teams work and how solutions get built.
